During my stay at Zur Eiche, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness of the elderly Italian couple who run the hotel. Despite the language barrier, they ensured I had a steaming cup of tea waiting for me after a chilly day exploring. The cozy sitting area by the fireplace and the charming terrace provided perfect spots to unwind and take in the stunning views. The attention to detail, like the modern flat-screen TV in the traditionally decorated room, truly exceeded my expectations, making my stay exceptional.
